About Steven G. Friedman J.D., George Mason University Law School, where he edited GMU's Civil Rights Law Journal. Member, Virginia Bar. Steve joined NLRG in 1999 after working for a Northern Virginia law firm. Steve focuses on the areas of Property, Eminent Domain, Local & State Government, Evidence, and Zoning. He also is the editor of the Bill of Particulars, a monthly publication for local government attorneys throughout Virginia with over 650 subscribers. About National Legal Research Group Since our founding in 1969, the National Legal Research Group has served the legal community throughout the nation by providing high quality, cost effective research, analysis and writing.
