Peter Casey

Peter Casey has for over twenty years represented clients in complex civil and regulatory cases, including securities litigation and investigations, business to business controversies, and other commercial and financial disputes. A partner at nationally recognized law firms for over a decade, since August 2009, Peter’s practice continues to serve businesses and individual clients in the federal and state trial courts, financial and securities-related enforcement proceedings, and in arbitration and mediation forums. He has frequently represented clients in cases concerning financial reporting fraud, securities trading, commercial contract disputes, investor class actions and derivative suits, and Securities and Exchange Commission enforcement matters.   Peter advises clients on compliance and regulatory issues in connection with formation and operation of commercial and professional business enterprises.
