Websites are nice (www.bestarizonadefenseattorney.com), but they are no substitute for old fashioned one on one interaction. I invite you to call me with the details of your situation at 602-616-3375.
Speaking with me on the phone will never cost you anything, no matter how long our discussion
lasts or how frequently you call. Most people who contact me feel significantly better after conversing
with me, particularly after they have met with others of my profession. I handle each of my cases
personally; I limit the number of cases I accept to ensure the highest quality of representation and
when you call my law firm you speak with me directly.
I have settled hundreds of criminal cases including death penalty wherein my clients' lives were
ultimately spared. I have tried cases to a jury ranging from first degree murder to aggravated assault
dangerous and I have prevailed.
I have won a great number of DUI jury trials, both blood and breath cases, with readings as high as
.242 (three times the legal limit of .08). I have handled criminal cases in almost every jurisdiction in
Maricopa County as well as in Pinal, Yavapi, Yuma and Coconnino.
Early in my career, I was engaged by the Phoenix Law Enforcement Association (PLEA), which
represents members of the Phoenix Police Department, to represent police officers when they shoot
or kill in the line of duty. I did not request this appointment, they asked me. In the vast majority of my
cases the police are my professional adversaries and sometimes confrontations occur and things
can become heated. Accordingly, I was flattered when PLEA requested that I extend my talents and
abilities to their members in their times of need. I have since been asked to provide similar services
to the Agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI).
Prior to the formation of my law firm I was the lead trial lawyer for the Weingart Law Firm. When it
came to trial, I was the 'go to guy' and at the end of my three years there I had tried the overwhelming
majority of that firm's criminal cases. There were times when I would try two cases in a single a
week, a feat many lawyers would be loathe to attempt because of the stress involved and the mental
commitment.
I do not find trial stressful. I embrace the challenge. I see confrontation as a tool to de-construct a
witnesses views and rearrange them with logic. I enjoy watching skeptical jurors' opinions evolve as
the case proceeds and I take pride whenever I am asked for my business card at the case's end.
I have helped hundred of clients and their families cope with the real-life consequences of being
involved with the criminal justice system. I have successfully advised numerous parents in their
dealings with their substance-abusing children, and I have formulated viable plans to assist my
clients in recovering from the stigma of being branded a convict.
Give me a call. I challenge you to come up with a problem I can't find a creative solution for: 602-616-3375
