I graduated Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago Kent College of Law with honors in August of 1992 with three highest grade point awards. I took the Illinois State Bar Exam in February of 1993 and passed it the first time. I was licensed in May of 1993. I began a pro-bono law practice in May of 1993 through July of 2000 representing elderly individuals, physically and mentally challenged individuals, indigents and artists. I have received numerous awards and recognition for my pro bono work. I have been written up in numerous newspaper articles for my efforts and behalf of the disenfranchised and victims of injustice. Since August of 2000 my practice has consisted of representing commercial landlords negotiating and drafting retail leases, resolving Landlord-Tenant disputes, Real Estate Closings, Civil Litigation, Probate, Criminal Misdemeanors, Personal Injury Claims, Traffic Violations, Municipal Law, Election Law, Entertainment Law, Uninsured Motorists Claims, Wills, Contracts, Corporate Law, Employment Law, Guardianship Proceedings, and Trusts. My concentration is civil and criminal tax representation.
1986-2008 Special Agent, Criminal Investigation, Internal Revenue Service: Use forensic accounting expertise to investigate complex criminal fraud, write reports forming basis of criminal indictments, arrests and subsequent trials and criminal forfeitures. Completed Nineteen Criminal Investigations and Prosecutions. Mandatory Law Enforcement Retirement age 57 November 30, 2008.
1985-1986 Revenue Agent, Examination Division, Internal Revenue Service :Conduct examinations of individual and complex corporate income tax returns.
1982-1985 Revenue Officer, Collection Division, Internal Revenue Service: Enforce collection of delinquent tax liabilities involving extensive investigation to locate assets and secure delinquent individual and corporate complex income tax returns.Collected millions of dollars in delinquent income tax liabilities and civil forfeitures.

Performed in over forty-three television commercials in Chicago and Los Angeles, performed in soap operas and television shows in Los Angeles, and over twenty stage productions in Chicago and Suburbs. Studied professionally in Chicago and Los Angeles from 1976 through 1994. Appeared in catalogue ads, magazine ads, newspaper ads, and billboards. Starred in the television movie, “Blackstone: The Plot to Kill the President”. Recently performed on stage as Lt. Kendrick in A Few Good Men. Member of Screen Actors Guild and American Federation of Television and Radio Artists since 1980.
Martial Arts: 4th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Doe (12/13/95). Trained and taught at the Choi Karate Institute in Chicago and Los Angeles from 1974 through 2005. Presently train 2x a week. Weight-training and running from Grammar School to the present 2x per week. Football: defensive back from grammar school through sophomore year in college.
