Douglas Dymarkowski is the founding law partner of Dymarkowski Law Group, Ltd.  He practices in the areas of real estate and business law, Wills & Trusts, bankruptcy law and litigation. Doug also consults with  businesses.  He has established legal departments for businesses and continues to advise managment on day-to day legal issues.   In November 2004 Doug Dymarkowski was appointed as a Bankruptcy Trustee by the United States Department of Justice, Office of the U.S. Trustee. He currently serves as a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee for the Northern District of Ohio Federal Bankruptcy Court. He has held and conducted more than 5,000 bankruptcy hearings since his appointment.

Prior to forming his own law practice, Doug Dymarkowski was a Partner with Lydy & Moan, Ltd from October 1999 to November 2006. While at Lydy & Moan, he practiced in the areas of real estate, commercial litigation and construction-related matters. Mr. Dymarkowski's legal experience includes construction litigation, creditors rights, and bankruptcy litigation. Prior to joining Lydy & Moan Doug was an associate with Bischoff, Kenney & Niehaus from 1994 to 1999.
