Timothy Berger

I help my business clients succeed by forming and structuring their businesses appropriately, including through the use of LLC operating agreements, partnership agreements and corporate shareholder agreements.  I also work with my clients to obtain financing for their businesses, and in the purchase and sale of businesses.

I am regularly involved with both commercial and residential real estate transactions.  I assist clients with the purchase, sale and leasing of commercial real estate.  I also represent purchasers and sellers of homes, including homes in planned communities and condominium associations.  I have also represented several homeowners' associations, and I work with developers during all phases from planning to construction to sale.  I also litigate real estate related cases, including tax assessment appeals. 

I maintain a civil litigation practice in both state and federal court.  The cases involve a variety of different areas, including business disputes and personal injury.  This practice has included to include representing clients in Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income cases.

Finally, I have maintained a worker's compensation practice for many years, and have given presentations and prepared materials for the Delaware County Bar Association and industry groups.
