Philip N. Kabler, Esq. is a partner in Kabler Moreno Cason LLP. Mr. Kabler holds law licenses in Florida, Connecticut, and Virginia (Associate Status), as well as admissions to various Federal Courts including the United States Supreme Court. He graduated from Brandeis University (Waltham, MA) in 1982, Magna Laude with High Honors in Philosophy, and from the University of Pennsylvania Law School (Philadelphia, PA) in 1985. Mr. Kabler has practiced since 1985 in both law firm and in-house settings in Norfolk, VA, Hartford, CT, Miami, FL, and Gainesville, FL. He was an administrator with the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice – District III for five years. Mr. Kabler has taught business law at the University of Florida – Warrington College of Business Administration from 2007-present, and at Santa Fe College (Gainesville, FL) from 1998-1999 and 2004-present. Throughout his career he has been involved in a large variety of professional, community, and arts activities, including in board and officer capacities. In 2009 he was elected to the Eighth Judicial Circuit (Florida) Bar Association board of directors, and he was appointed by the Florida Supreme Court to a three year term on the Florida Bar Foundation board of directors.
