About Cole Dial, Partner
Cole Dial is a Partner at Pencheff and Fraley’s Florida office. Cole’s primary focus is on personal
injury law. Cole is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, “one of the most
prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States” where “fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers
are members.” He graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law, earning his Masters in Public
Policy from Jacksonville University simultaneously. Cole received Pro Bono Honors Award in
law school for completing in excess of 150 hours of legal community service as well as being
inducted into the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society for being one of the top two graduate students at
Jacksonville University. In law school, Cole worked as law clerk to the Executive Partner of
Holland & Knight, LLP., and served as lobbying intern for The Fiorentino Group.
Education
Prior to law school, Cole graduated from Indiana University – Bloomington with a B.S. in Public Affairs Management. There, he co-founded the Student Veterans of America Indiana University Chapter, serving as Secretary, became certified as a public mediator through the Community Justice & Mediation Center and worked for a print marketing firm now known as R.R. Donnelley.
Personal Life
Cole enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 2003, serving in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2005 to 2006 and was awarded the Non-Commissioner Officer Leader-of-the-Year Award in 2007. Cole grew up on a horse farm in Southern Indiana and he still owns and works horses on his own farm with his wife today.
Cole is licensed to practice law in the great State of Florida as well as the Federal Middle District of Florida.
