Nicole Daniels
Daniels & Scriven, P.C.
I am a Broomfield personal injury attorney dedicated to representing injured clients since 2006. My practice is focused entirely on helping individuals who have suffered injuries through no fault of their own. As a Colorado native, I take pride in advocating for my community and ensuring my clients receive the justice and compensation they deserve.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado State University in 2003 before attending Washburn University Law School, where I obtained my J.D. in 2006. That same year, I was admitted to practice in Colorado and am licensed to appear in both State and Federal Courts.
My practice is dedicated to representing injured individuals in cases involving auto accidents, premises liability, and product liability. I handle every aspect of a case, from pre-litigation negotiations to trial and appeal, always striving for the best possible outcome for my clients.
When I’m not advocating for my clients, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two daughters, embracing the Colorado lifestyle through hiking, skiing, golfing, water sports, and horseback riding. I am also passionate about mentoring and coaching youth sports, helping to inspire and guide the next generation.
