Jessica Baldwin

Jessica worked for 15 years as an Assistant Solicitor in the Ninth Judicial Circuit. She

handled thousands of cases, from domestic violence and drug possession to sexual

assault and murder, and worked with people from all kinds of backgrounds as a result.

During Jessica’s time at the Solicitor’s office, she supervised the Ninth Circuit’s

Charleston Domestic Violence Unit, was a founding member of the Ninth Circuit Fatality

Review Team, and still works as an Executive Board Member for the Tri-County

Domestic Violence Coordinating Council. Jessica’s time as a prosecutor taught her

how to really listen to people going through difficult times and she now brings that

experience to help people accused of a crime. She recognizes how confusing and

difficult the criminal justice system can be, and she wants to help her clients navigate it

so that they achieve the best outcome possible.
