Dayrell Scrivner isn't just an attorney; he's a champion for his clients and a pillar of the Branson, Missouri community. For over three decades, he's dedicated his life to the law, driven by a deep-seated commitment to justice. While many know him for his 20 years as a tenacious prosecutor in Stone and Taney Counties, his legal journey began after graduating with distinction from UMKC with a B.S. in Business Administration in 1990, followed by his Juris Doctorate from UMKC School of Law in 1993. He started in civil practice in Jackson County, gaining valuable experience before answering the call to public service.

As Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, and later as Chief Assistant Prosecutor in Stone County from 2002 to 2018, Dayrell Scrivner tackled some of the toughest cases imaginable – from domestic violence and child abuse to serious drug offenses. He wasn't just prosecuting cases; he was fighting for the vulnerable and working to make his community safer. This commitment led him to graduate from the National Institute of Prosecution of Domestic Violence, further honing his skills in this critical area.

But Dayrell's passion for justice extends beyond the courtroom. He's a Missouri State Licensed Specialist Instructor, sharing his knowledge and experience with future lawyers and law enforcement officers at universities and police academies. He believes in empowering the next generation to uphold the law. He's also deeply rooted in the local community, playing a key role in establishing and supporting Stone County's Drug Court and Veterans Court programs – initiatives designed to offer pathways to rehabilitation and support for those struggling with addiction and veterans facing legal challenges. His leadership was recognized with his two terms as President of the 39th Circuit Bar Association (2016 and 2017). He is a member of the Missouri Bar and the 46th Circuit Bar Association.
