Jared Spingarn

Jared Spingarn is the managing partner of the Law Offices of Spingarn, P.A., a role he has held since founding the firm in 2006. With nearly 17 years of experience, Jared has successfully settled thousands of cases, representing clients in a wide range of personal injury matters. He oversees the firm's daily operations and is committed to delivering exceptional advocacy for accident victims.

Jared's passion for helping accident victims stems from his personal experience. At just 18 years old, he survived a serious auto accident caused by a drunk driver running a red light, requiring him to be airlifted from the scene. This life-changing event inspired his decision to dedicate his career to supporting others in similar circumstances by becoming a personal injury attorney.

A proud South Florida native, Jared remains actively involved in his community. He is also a devoted husband and father to two daughters. Jared graduated from Nova Southeastern University in 1999 and earned his Juris Doctor from the Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University in 2003.
