Mr. Astorino is a dedicated personal injury lawyer committed to securing justice for his clients. His civil litigation practice is focused on advocating for individuals seriously injured in car accidents, truck accidents, or motorcycle accidents, slip-and-fall incidents, or due to medical malpractice. The primary goal of Mr. Astorino and his team of personal injury lawyers is to help injured clients receive full and fair compensation for their losses. Mr. Astorino also represents grieving families in wrongful death cases arising from the negligent, reckless, or wrongful actions of others.
Mr. Astorino’s expertise extends to consumer protection, where he handles cases involving consumer fraud, breach of contract, insurance claim denials, bad faith, and other related disputes. He has successfully represented clients in both state and federal courts, including the Kentucky Supreme Court. Additionally, he has distinguished himself by representing individuals whose constitutional rights were violated by government entities, particularly through Section 1983 civil rights actions.
Within Stein Whatley Attorneys, Mr. Astorino also offers business services, providing legal support for small and medium-sized business owners facing prelitigation or business disputes, such as commercial disagreements, contract breaches, or partnership conflicts.
He is licensed to practice in Kentucky, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and the Southern District of Indiana, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Kentucky. Mr. Astorino is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, the Kentucky Justice Association, the Louisville Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. His accomplishments have been recognized with selections to Super Lawyers’ “Rising Stars” list in 2021, 2022, and 2023.
Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Astorino is active in the Bluegrass Lacrosse Officials Association (BLOA), where he officiates youth and high school lacrosse and serves as vice president of the BLOA board.
