Hunter’s practice includes successful representation of businesses and individuals in business and litigation matters. His practice covers a variety of subject matters, from representing the nation’s largest debt collectors, lenders and loan servicers, to handling contract disputes in arbitration, to reviewing international contract disputes, to medical negligence actions. Hunter represents clients in all courts throughout the State of Ohio in commercial, real estate, debt collection and bankruptcy areas. Hunter’s practice also includes defending class action claims, representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases, and representing plaintiffs in Internet defamation matters. Hunter is focused on dispute resolution and resolving client matters in a cost-effective and time-saving manner.
