The Evans International Law Firms, LLC (referenced as “TEIL”) is locally based in Illinois, with national and international clients and reach we think and act global in scope. We were founded by Demitrus Evans in 2009 to represent clients in the United States and abroad in the area of business law as it relates to creation, maintenance and growth.
