Tait D. Elkie is a graduate of Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. Mr. Elkie received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Justice Studies in 1997. Mr. Elkie then received his Juris Doctorate Degree in 2002 from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. Mr. Elkie has been a licensed and practicing attorney since 2002. Mr. Elkie has held numerous positions in the legal field prior to becoming an attorney, and has gained an enormous amount of legal expertise and experience since he entered the legal field in 1994.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Elkie served in the United States Marine Corps and earned the rank of Sergeant prior to being honorably discharged in 1993. During his service in the Marines which began in 1989, Mr. Elkie served in Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait in 1990-1991, and also in Operation Restore Hope in Somalia in 1993.
Mr. Elkie is licensed to practice law in all courts in Arizona and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court, District of Arizona as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
