Sam Shihab is the founder of the law firm and offers more than 20 years of experience in immigration law in lead capacity. He brings a great deal of experience to the firm, guiding the firm’s active employment and family-based immigration practice. Sam dedicates a lot of his time counseling corporate executives and HR professionals on compliance and on immigration audit representation. His practice is focused on employment and family-based immigration law. 

Sam is a frequent immigration law presenter at Human Resource Associations, Information Technology forums, Ohio Continuing Legal Education programs, and other professional groups. 

Practice is limited exclusively to US Immigration Law. Admitted to practice in the State of Ohio. Authorized to practice US Immigration Law in all fifty states pursuant to 8 CFR §§ 103.2 & 292.1. He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
