James Bendell

Following his graduation from Rutgers, attorney Jim Bendell worked two years as a prosecutor. He then moved on to working a large part of his career, 16 years, as a litigator for insurance companies. He litigated cases for insurance companies as a practicing attorney, He focused on defending clients who were at fault for causing accidents and other forms of negligence. Following that experience, he focused his career on representing injured parties in court and ensuring his clients received fair and deserved compensation. With experience on both sides of the courtroom, James Bendell understands how insurance companies think and how to defend clients to ensure they get the compensation they not only deserve but are entitled to.
