Nomaan Husain

Originally from Huffman, Texas, Nomaan K. Husain is the founder of Husain Law + Associates Accident Attorneys, PC. With more than 20 years of legal experience, Nomaan has been fighting for the rights of clients from all over the world in the most catastrophic injury claims. From aviation accidents to wrongful death claims, Nomaan has recovered millions for his clients. Further, Nomaan has represented clients ranging from foreign governments to small business owners in the U.S. and abroad. Nomaan leads the practice with an unwavering dedication to his clients with the belief that every client should be aggressively represented with due diligence to maximize each client’s recovery.

Nomaan was selected by The National Trial Lawyers as Top 10 National Aviation Trial Lawyers in the State of Texas. Mr. Husain is a Certified Mediator and has successfully represented clients in both State and Federal Courts.

Apart from practicing law, Nomaan enjoys spending time giving back to his local community. Today, Nomaan serves as the Chairman of the South Asian Chamber of Commerce for the City of Houston and previously served as the Chairman of the Ethics Commission for the City of Houston. Nomaan has also served as the Vice President of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association and is the former Commissioner for the Building and Standards Commission for the City of Houston. In addition, Nomaan has served as a member of the State Bar of Texas Grievance Panel and the College of the State Bar of Texas.
