Concentrating on Americans With Disabilities Act Compliance. Specific Services offered by William D. Goren include: Consult with Attorneys (Plaintiff and Defendant) on cases involving compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990 (Titles I, II, and III), and/or the Rehabilitation Act of 1973; Serve as an expert witness(Plaintiff and Defendant)on cases involving compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990 (Titles I, II, and III) and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973; Legal research and writing pertaining to the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990 (Titles I,II, and III), and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973; Mediation/Arbitration Continuing Education Speaker and Corporate Training. In addition to the above, Mr. Goren is currently an Instructor and the program Coordinator of the Paralegal Program at South Suburban College in Sout Holland, IL
