I am a partner at Aini & Lazar PLLC. I focus my practice on a variety of transactions, including real estate, corporate, hedge funds, private equity funds, bonds, collateralized debt obligations, collateralized loan obligations, commercial mortgage-backed securitizations, re-securitizations, and other debt products. My practice involves the representation of companies, start-ups, borrowers, lenders, lessees, lessors, issuers, underwriters, trustees, servicers, administrators and collateral managers in these transactions. I have also represented parties in numerous default scenarios and securitization liquidations.
