Mathew Kobliska

Attorney Mathew Kobliska received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan in 1988, and was awarded his Juris Doctorate in 1991 from Wayne State University Law School. He was admitted to practice law in Michigan in 1991. Mr. Kobliska has practiced at all levels of trial and appellate courts in the State of Michigan, including the Michigan Supreme Court, and has filed pleadings with the Supreme Court of the United States. He has been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the United States Supreme Court.
In addition to being a highly qualified and experienced lawyer, Mr. Kobliska is also a trained mediator and arbitrator. Mr. Kobliska has been approved as a mediator in six county circuit courts in the State of Michigan, and has fulfilled the requirements set forth in Michigan Court Rule 3.216 by completing SCAO approved course work and training under the instruction of internationally acclaimed mediator, lawyer and author, Forrest S. Mosten. Mr. Kobliska is also qualified for court appointment as an arbitrator pursuant to ยง5073 of the Revised Judicature Act.
Mr. Kobliska is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, United States Supreme Court Bar, Oakland County Bar Association, American Bar Association, the Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association, The Family Mediation Council of Michigan, The Michigan Inter-Professional Association, and the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity.
