Mr. Dadmehr handles all facets of transactional matters for individuals and entities, including advising clients on corporate formation and management, mergers and acquisitions, worldwide distribution deals, and general business matters.
Over the course of the last 15 years, Mr. Dadmehr has owned and managed businesses of various sizes in the information technology field. In that capacity, Mr. Dadmehr has developed various business policies and contracts to fit the specific needs of each project. In the late nineties and early 2000, Mr. Dadmehr negotiated service contracts with large corporations including Capitol Records, Mosaic Records, Methodist Hospital, Futurist Entertainment, Encore Pharmaceuticals, DirecTV sports gear, and David Orgell. In addition, Mr. Dadmehr has served as an adviser to the board of directors of numerous technology companies.
Mr. Dadmehr subsequently transitioned to serve as General Counsel to a number of apparel companies based in Los Angeles. Together, these companies were responsible for the development of the popular premium denim brands Blue Cult, Sacred Blue, and Blue 2 as well as the manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of these brands both domestic and abroad. In that capacity, Mr. Dadmehr setup and implemented policies and procedures to bring these companies into compliance with state, federal and local rules and regulations. Mr. Dadmehr's accomplishments were recognized by the state of California in July of 2005 when Governor Schwarzenegger personally visited him and congratulated him on this achievement. Over a three year period, Mr. Dadmehr worked directly with various local, state, and federal agencies regulating the apparel manufacturers and distributors in Los Angeles, including the IRS, EED, EEOC, Franchise Tax Board, State Board of Equalization, Department of Labor Standard Enforcement, and OSHA. Mr. Dadmehr has personally negotiated several multi-million dollar agreements including trademark license agreements, distribution agreements, manufacturing agreements, executive employment agreements, sale of company assets, and corporate dissolutions. During this time, Mr. Dadmehr has reviewed and negotiated a variety of agreements with companies such as Bebe, Arden B., Express, and the Federated.
Mr. Dadmehr earned his bachelor of arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1997. He earned his law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California in 2000.
Mr. Dadmehr is admitted to practice in California, and is registered to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and all of the U.S. District Courts in California.
