I am a licensed legal/private investigator with over 30 years experience in the legal field.  After working in-house for law firms, I started my own business in 1996.   I've had the privilege of working with numerous prominent law firms and investigation companies.  Additionally, I've established relationships with the print and broadcast media.

I provide a full range of litigation support services, including but not limited to:

 • Review the file, confirm facts and allegations, and evaluate its viability for success.

 • Perform background investigations on adverse parties;

 • Ascertain the identities of potential defendants and locate same;

 • Research and submit theories of liability;

 • Locate and interview witnesses, obtain their statements, and establish a rapport, while providing an assessment of their credibility.

 • Identify, locate and screen expert witnesses;

 • Ascertain and obtain evidence to support the client’s theory of the case;

 • Prepare and file appropriate Freedom of Information Act requests;

 • Provide client with discovery suggestions;

 • Review the file prior to deposition and/or trial with an eye toward discrediting the adverse party and their claim;

 • Provide suggested questions for an opposing witness.  Prior to deposition or trial, I provide client with a background information on the witness;

 • Preparation of witnesses and parties for depositions and trial testimony;

 • Review adverse parties’ responses to discovery for accuracy and discrepancies with other testimony;

 • Participate in trial preparation and, during trial, conduct investigations relative to any issues which may arise.
