Susan O'Malley

The O’Malley Tunstall, PC law firm has a rich history of representing the injured and disabled people in the Raleigh metro area and all along the Eastern North Carolina Coast. Our two leaders, Susan M. O’Malley and Jack Tunstall, are highly respected legal figures in the region.

Susan M. O’Malley is a North Carolina Bar Board Certified Disability Specialist in Social Security Disability law. In fact, she was an original board member on the state’s specialization committee. Active in the Disability Advocacy Section of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, she is also a member of the American Association for Justice where she was past Chair of AAJ’s Disability Section. Few lawyers have her level of experience and expertise when it comes to disability law.
