This video explains the consequences of a Habitual Traffic Offender Revocation in Florida. The HTO revocation causes a five year revocation of a Florida Driver's License if the driver has three serious driving offenses on his record during any five year prior. DUI and driving while license suspended either with knowledge or without knowledge count as one of the three strikes.
