Following graduation, Brian attended Southern Illinois University School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude. There, he was vice-president of Phi Delta Phi (Lesar Inn) and a member of the Environmental Law Society. He also served as a Taylor Mattis Fellow, leading structured study groups of first year law students and teaching them the fundamentals of law school.
Brian has experience in the areas of business law, family law, criminal law and general civil litigation.
While in school, he interned at the office of the Illinois Attorney General and primarily worked on consumer protection issues by assisting consumers who felt victimized while working with businesses in reaching a compromise. He also interned at the office of the Jackson County Public Defender where he assisted clients on misdemeanor and traffic cases.
Additionally, Brian was involved in the SIU School of Law Domestic Violence Clinic where he assisted clients in obtaining orders of protection, while aiding them in filing for divorce through Land of Lincoln Legal Services.
Brian is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Missouri. Brian is a member of the American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Associations, and the Madison County Bar Association.
Brian offers legal services in Madison County, St. Clair County, Clinton County and Bond County, Illinois, Including Alton, Belleville, Carlyle, Collinsville, Edwardsville, Greenville and O'Fallon, Illinois. Brian also offers legal services in Missouri around St. Louis.
Brian currently resides in Breese Illinois with his Jack Russell Terrier, Darwin.
