Managing Attorney Linda M. Allen heads Peak Business Law's legal team. Her vast experience working in the U.S. and International Business communities. Her focus is on providing outstanding service to multinational corporations desiring to maintain or expand operations in the United States and abroad and in providing client-driven solutions to a multitude of issues facing US businesses Further, she handles a myriad of Immigration issues, specifically working with corporate clients hiring foreign nationals and U.S. companies transferring employees abroad. Ms. Allen is primarily responsible for firm growth and is ultimately responsible for all law firm activities as well as client satisfaction.
Ms. Allen received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from Michigan State University and attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate. Ms. Allen was selected as a Women's International Center Living Legacy Scholarship Recipient and was a member of the National Lawyer's Guild and the Lawyer's Club. Further, Ms. Allen was fortunate to work with former Immigration and Naturalization Service Commissioner, Alan C. Nelson in his private practice.

Linda has authored numerous articles on Business law and Immigration law issues and has been invited frequently to lecture to human resource professionals, business owners and attorneys. Linda's prior speaking engagements include Lorman Educational Services sponsored seminars and company-sponsored speaking engagements at Goodrich Aerostructures Group, Pacific Bell, Embarcadero Systems Corporation, Engine X, Mira Costa College Professional Work Development Program and the City Club, to name a few.
