I have chosen to focus my career on governmental affairs and legislative advocacy. I've represented a diverse range of special interests and have a background of clients with difficult legislative and public affairs challenges. My primary experience is lobbying at the state level, in the State of Kansas and Washington State, but I have also represented clients on issues pending in Congress. I have received training in grassroots advocacy, compliance with state and federal campaign finance and ethics laws, and crisis communications through attendence at conferences held by the Public Affairs Council and the National Conference for Political Involvement Professionals. I currently serve Kansas plaintiff attorneys as the Director of Public Affairs for the Kansas Association for Justice.
