A founding partner of the prominent New York City law firm of Rosenberg, Minc, Falkoff & Wolff, LLP. Mr. Minc holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Hofstra University, a Masters Degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and a Law Degree from Seton Hall University.
Upon graduation from law school he joined one of the oldest and highly regarded personal injury and medical malpractice law firms in New York City.
Throughout his career, he has represented the most seriously injured in our city. His accomplishments include a nonstop stream of multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements totaling hundreds of millions of dollars.

Mr Minc’s cases include a $15 million verdict for a brain injured 54-year-old, an $8 million medical malpractice victory for a young girl negligently treated in the recovery room, a hard fought $5.5 million verdict for an automobile accident victim, a $5.4 million settlement on behalf of construction worker that was burned by flammable liquids, and a $3.6 million settlement for a construction worker injured falling off a scaffold.
