Attorney Manning grew up in the Boston area of Massachusetts and later attended Suffolk University where she dual majored in Psychology and Business.

Attorney O’Neil-Manning began her legal career in 1994 working for a top-notch National Law Firm where she developed an interest in helping the disabled. While working at the law firm, she realized that her true desire was to represent disabled individuals and believed that in her own practice, she could be more effective in helping deal with a variety of legal issues.

After graduating Suffolk University, she founded her own Social Security Advocacy Group in 1998, and continued representing client’s nationally while attending law school. Robin O’Neil-Manning earned her Juris Doctor Degree from Mass School of Law and was admitted to practice in the State of Massachusetts in 2002. Robin was admitted to the United Stated District Court for the District of Massachusetts in 2008.

Robin understands that disabled individuals often experience not only physical and mental health impairments, but also financial strains which is why she has made it a point to go the distance with each and every client that comes into her office.

She has a proven record of success and not only advocates in the Courtroom but also outside of the Courtroom working as a board member for the non-profit organization Friends of Families in Transition (F.I.T.).

Attorney O’Neil-Manning holds a Massachusetts Law License, as well as a License to Practice Law in the United States District Court of Massachusetts.  Robin is also active in a number of professional and community wide organizations including the National Organization of Social Security Representatives, Corridor 9 Chamber of Commerce, and Vice President for the Northborough-Southborough Football and Cheer Association.
