in Century City, California
Engineered and installed the following systems at the Joshua Tree Sheriffs Holding Facility:

2. Cell-Monitoring and Recording System
3. CCTV Systems
4. Personal (Sheriff) Security Systems
5. Cell Block Intercommunication Systems
Engineered the Life-Safety Systems for the Marriott Desert Springs, 900 Room Hotel including
Emergency Voice/Alarm Communications and Smoke Control Systems - Indian Wells, Calif.
Engineered the Life-Safety Systems for the Stouffer’s Hotel, 570 rooms - including Emergency
Voice/Alarm Communications and Smoke Control Systems - Indian Wells, California
Engineered addressable, retrofit, multiplex high-rise Emergency Voice/Alarm Communications
System including Smoke Control and Security Systems with on-premise monitoring for the
Loma Linda Medical Center and University - Loma Linda, California
Personally responsible for the passage of California Senate Bill 575 (2001) which requires automatic smoke detection systems and off-premises monitoring in all new and modernized public school projects. The bill also requires sprinkler systems in all new public schools – in addition to the automatic smoke detection systems and off-premises monitoring.
