Bobby Jenkins is a native of Rutherford County, North Carolina. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Masters in Public Administration with honors from North Carolina State University, and his law degree with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While in law school, Bobby was a member of the North Carolina Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
