Jessica Sizemore

I began working with the San Diego car accident lawyers at Gomez Trial Attorneys in March of 2007 as a receptionist. I was immediately drawn to the incredible work being done there, so I quickly made my way through the ranks as a legal assistant and then paralegal. In 2008, I went to law school to further my legal skills and gain the ability to be an even stronger advocate for my clients. I spent every summer as a law clerk with Gomez Trial Attorneys and returned full time in August of 2011 after graduating from the University of Arizona. I'm currently a San Diego personal injury attorney partner with Gomez Trial Attorneys.

I've dedicated my career to advocating for those who have been harmed by the negligence of others. With particular interests in Premises Liability and Brain Injury cases, I've secured tens of millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for my clients, including several multi-million-dollar jury verdicts.

I've been voted a Super Lawyer’s Rising Star every year since 2016, an SD Metro Top Attorney in 2019, and I'm a three-time recipient of Consumer Attorneys of San Diego’s Outstanding Trial Lawyers awards. I'm also a fellow of the ABOTA National Trial College. I also serve as the co-chair of the Leadership Development Committee for Lawyers Club of San Diego, and is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, the San Diego County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
