Tarina Mand

I represent plaintiffs in complex litigation matters including class action and mass tort cases at the San Diego personal injury attorney firm The Gomez Trial Attorneys, Injury Accident Lawyers. Prior to representing plaintiffs, I worked in civil defense representing complex tort and professional liability clients. I've second-chaired trials, cross-examined several witnesses, and successfully written and argued various substantive law and motion matters.

I use my legal education to effect positive change within our community. I'm the President of the South Asian Bar Association of San Diego, I'm also the co-chair of the Women’s Advocacy Committee for Lawyers Club, an organization committed to advancing the status of women in the law and society. I am committed to creating a pipeline of diverse leaders, and I serve on the Federal Bar Association (FBA) and the San Diego County Bar Association (SDCBA) Committee on Diversity and Inclusion, as well as the SDCBA Leadership and Outreach Committee.
