Alex Stalvey

Alex Stalvey is a managing partner of Bannister, Wyatt & Stalvey, LLC. He is a former prosecutor, having served as an Assistant Solicitor in Spartanburg and Greenville counties. He began his career with the firm in 2008. His practice areas include criminal defense, divorce and personal injury litigation. He has represented clients in a range of complex criminal matters, including murder, criminal sexual conduct and Title IX sexual misconduct cases on university campuses. In 2014, Alex was certified in the area of criminal trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell.

Alex previously served on the Board of Governors for the South Carolina Association for Justice and was a former board member of the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is member of the Judicial Conference of the Fourth Circuit, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Federal Bar Association.
