Mr. Coniglio has been a practicing Safety Engineer for 33 years. He has degrees in Civil, Fire Protection, Industrial Technology (management) and advanced degrees in Environmental and Safety Engineering. He maintains national certifications as Certified Safety Professional, Certified Hazardous Materials Manager, Certified Hazard Control Manager, Registered Professional Industrial Hygienist and Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist.
Starting his career as a Highly Protected Risk consultant for a national insurer, he went on to manage employee relations, safety and security for multiple plants at Allied Chemical and Dresser Industries. A nationally recognized presenter and lecturer, Mr. Coniglio continues to practice safety as principal consultant and owner of OSEA Inc., with multiple offices in New York and North Carolina. His management and engineering expertise has been utilized on projects domestically and internationally.
Mr. Coniglio regularly serves as “expert witness” for counsel in numerous states and represents employers at OSHA proceedings. This knowledge is critical in bringing reality to the process. His wealth of experience and insight of what works is unparalleled.
