Cyril Vidergar

On January 5, 2009, the firm of Samson, Pipis & Marsh, LLC in Longmont welcomed a new associate attorney: Cyril R. Vidergar.  He focuses on municipal representation, applying experience gained in the Grand County Attorneys Office and as general counsel for special purpose districts. In addition to furthering the firm’s public sector practice, Cyril brings a technology law background that has broadened the range of the firm’s commercial legal services. As an avid homebrewer and beer connoisseur, he is also helping the firm develop a “beer law” practice. Cyril has practiced before state and federal trial, appellate, and regulatory tribunals, including the Board of Assessment Appeals. Prior to his government posts, he clerked in the German Patent and Trademark Court in Munich, Germany and with the Hon. Ronald M. Whyte in the Central District of Calif. Cyril has written for national and regional publications on biomedical, technology licensing, renewable energy, and HOA issues. He is a native of Lakewood, Colorado, and a graduate of Regis Jesuit High School and Santa Clara Univ. School of Law.
