Nate Stuart

Attorney Nate Stuart graduated from the University of Iowa’s Henry B. Tippie School of Business in 2004 and began his career working for a leading global provider of skilled professionals for the technology, creative, and life sciences sectors. In 2012, he decided to pursue his goal of advising business clients on a broader range of issues by earning his law degree. Nate attended the University of Iowa School of Law and Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, earning his Juris Doctor degree. He became the sixth generation of his family to practice law when he was admitted to the Arizona State Bar in 2015.

His primary practice areas include: civil and commercial litigation, complex civil litigation, construction litigation, general liability defense litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, personal injury, premises liability, product liability and professional liability.
