Attorney Robert I. Beckerman is a talented trial attorney who specializes in representing individuals and small businesses. He has experience in a wide array of cases including personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, family law, landlord-tenant, wrongful termination and business disputes and draws on that experience to provide comprehensive representation to his clients. Since being admitted to the bar, Mr. Beckerman has appeared in state, federal and appellate courts, obtaining successful results at all levels.
Having grown up in Metropolitan Detroit, Mr. Beckerman brings a strong midwestern work ethic to his practice. He attended the University of Michigan and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Philosophy. He then attended Whittier Law School, graduating Summa Cum Laude and earning the title of Valedictorian for his number one class ranking. While in law school, he served one year as a member of the law review and represented Whittier in inter-school Trial Advocacy Honors Board competitions.
Mr. Beckerman began his legal career during law school doing civil litigation for a consumer protection firm in Santa Ana. He continued there until the summer of 2012 when he felt he could better serve the public by starting his own firm dedicated to providing the individualized attention that clients need.
