Jason Shultz

Jason Shultz founded Shultz Legal in 2017 to continue fighting for the rights of injured workers in workers’ compensation cases and victims of auto accidents. He is proud to have represented thousands of clients in workers’ compensation cases and auto accidents throughout the State of Maryland. Employers and insurance companies will take advantage of injured workers and Jason has made it his passion to ensure you receive the protection you have a right to under the law and to fight to get you the protection you so rightly deserve. Jason is driven to fight for the underdog and the unrepresented against big corporations who seek to take away your rights. Jason has been fighting this fight since 1999 when he worked as a union organizer for the AFL-CIO and the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), fighting for health care workers to get the pay and benefits they were entitled to receiving in Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio.
