Paul Rosner

My practice involves wide variety of insurance coverage issues including first party property, environmental liability, construction defect, developer liability, professional liability, errors and omissions, auto liability, UIM, PIP, homeowners and other coverage issues. My practice also includes bad faith defense, subrogation litigation, insurance defense, and product liability defense. I have spoken about insurance coverage issues at meetings of the Seattle Claims Adjuster Association. My insurance articles have been published in the SCAA Newsletter and the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers Defense News including articles on the Washington Insurance Fair Conduct Act. I am Co-Chair of the King County Bar Association Young Lawyers Service Committee. I recently earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (“CPCU”) designation, and am a member of the Pacific Northwest Chapter of the CPCU Society.
