Our Firm

Mr. Schwartz is the founding partner of The Schwartz Law Firm, a Leesburg-based firm serving all of Northern Virginia. For over 20 years, he has practiced as a litigation attorney, primarily in the areas of domestic relations, criminal defense, personal injury, legal malpractice, and wrongful death. He has tried hundreds of cases, but prides himself on his ability to obtain cost-effective and favorable results for his clients by resolving their cases outside the courtroom. He is an active member of the Fairfax County Bar Association and currently serves as a volunteer Conciliator for the Fairfax County Circuit Court, and as a volunteer for the Virginia State Bar Ethics Committee.
