Michael Klinkhammer, Attorney at Law, B.A. Economics, M.B.A., J.D. is an experienced attorney with 27 years of experience. A former Bank Examiner and Insurance Underwriter, Mr. Klinkhammer began his career in 1980 when he worked as ad hoc Hearing Officer for the Montana Board of Personnel Appeals. Mr. Klinkhammer went from there to work as a Labor Representative. After negotiating several labor agreements each year and pursuing employees in grievances, wage proceedings and arbitration, Mr. Klinkhammer went on to the University of Montana Law School.

Mr. Klinkhammer is a former Executive Director of a Legal Services Corporation. There, he supervised a staff of six staff attorneys in a legal services corporation whose practice emphasized Child Custody, Child Support, divorce, Domestic Violence, Native American Rights, Social Security Disability Benefits, Trusts and Wills.
As a Former Chief Prosecutor for the Red Lake Band of Chippewa, Mr. Klinkhammer has successfully prosecuted thousands of felony and misdemeanor crimes. That experience includes jury trials each month for 2 and ½ years.
As a former Deputy Public Defender, Mr. Klinkhammer has successfully defended felony defendants. Mr. Klinkhammer thanks the services of the private investigators who made his record possible.
