Frank Gallucci

Frank Gallucci is one of the top trial lawyers in Ohio.

Frank learned about workers’ compensation at an early age from his father, Frank L. Gallucci, Jr. When his father passed away, Frank took over leadership of the Gallucci Law Firm at the age of 20 and began growing the firm into a renowned personal injury law firm. After several years of successful practice, Frank’s longtime friend and mentor, Leon Plevin, partnered with Frank to form what is now Plevin & Gallucci.

Frank has earned a reputation among his peers as a competent, confident and candid advocate for his clients. Among the variety of awards and recognitions Frank has received, he was selected by The National Trial Lawyers as one of the Top 40 under 40 Trial Lawyers in Ohio. He has been named a Rising Star in Ohio by Super Lawyers for the past five years, and he has repeatedly been named by Inside Business as one of Ohio’s Leading Lawyers. In addition, Frank is a lifetime member in both the Million Dollar and Multimillion Dollar Advocates Forum.

Frank is respected both inside and outside the courtroom. In May of 2015 Frank was elected by his peers as President of the Ohio Association of Justice (OAJ), making him the youngest president in the history of the organization. Prior to being elected president, Frank was a member of the OAJ Executive Committee and immediate past chair of the OAJ Workers’ Compensation section. With approximately 1400 members Ohio Association for Justice is the only statewide organization representing victims throughout Ohio. Frank has been involved in negotiating with the Governor and/or Administrator and General Assembly on most policy and/or rule changes the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation has made since 2009.

In recognition of his continued leadership in workers’ compensation, Frank was appointed in 2011 to the Industrial Commission Nominating Council by Gov. John Kasich. He has appeared on numerous radio and television talk shows discussing how Ohio laws affect victims’ rights.

In addition to his efforts on behalf of injured workers and victims of negligence, Frank has served since 2004 on the Cleveland Marshall College of Law Alumni Association Board of Directors. He currently serves on the Board of HELPchildren.org and is a former board member of Alta House and the associate board of the Free Clinic of Greater Cleveland. Frank is a dedicated Cleveland sports fan and is actively involved with the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission.
