My practice focuses on commercial litigation and employment law. I represent contractors, subcontractors, local banks, landlords, and small businesses in collection matters, including mechanics liens, mortgage foreclosures, account collections, and eviction proceedings. I represent both homeowners and contractors in construction disputes. I also represent employees and employers before the Maine Human Rights Commission and in state and federal court litigation.
