Tremain Artaza
I am a partner at Tremain Artaza PLLC. I am passionate about employment law, and am committed to providing my clients with effective representation based on their individual needs. I recognize that workplace disputes and the prospect of litigation may be extremely stressful, overwhelming, and intimidating. Therefore, I place specific emphasis on being empathetic to each client’s particular situation and carefully guiding each client through the legal process.
I have over eight years of experience representing employees in various areas of employment law. Indeed, I have practiced employment law exclusively since graduating law school in 2006. I have appeared before state and federal courts throughout the State of Texas and have participated in numerous trials and arbitrations.
I received my law degree from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. I graduated magna cum laude, with distinction, from the University of Colorado-Boulder. I am also a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.
I am licensed to practice law in Texas. I am admitted to the Texas Supreme Court; the U.S. District Court, Northern District, Texas; the U.S. District Court, Southern District, Texas; the U.S. District Court, Eastern District, Texas; and the U.S. District Court, Western District, Texas. In addition, I am a member of the Dallas Bar Association- Labor and Employment Section, Texas Employment Lawyers Association, and the Dallas-Fort Worth Employment Lawyers Association.
