Michael C. Rosenblat graduated from the University of Illinois, Urbana, and The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Rosenblat enlisted in the United States Army (1987 – 1993) and, in 1994 became an Assistant Attorney General with the Illinois Attorney General's Office in Chicago, having served as Deputy Chief Criminal Prosecution, Deputy Chief Medicaid Fraud Control Unit (lead prosecutor), and Deputy Chief Special Litigation.
Michael C. Rosenblat has been sought out as a speaker and an author. He has made presentations to colleagues as well as co-authored a guidebook for attorneys practicing False Claims Act litigation.
