Robert W. Gray

Robert W. Gray has provided more than 25 years of insightful leadership and expert legal, financial, and business counsel. He has built his knowledge on the foundation of his education, including a Juris Doctorate and a Master of Laws in federal tax and ERISA from the John Marshall Law School and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He has helped law firmstend to their clients’ business litigation and financial plans both as a Senior Associate at the Law Offices of Ralph Schindler and as Founder & Attorney at the Gray Matters Law & IP Consulting Firm. He has also managed legal departments and provided strategic direction to major companies as General Counsel and SVP of Business & Legal Affairs at Varitalk, Inc. and Senior Corporate Counsel at 777 Partners. He served as General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer at Insurety Capital before earning his current position as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. As CEO of Insurety Capital, Robert helps guide the company’s vision while also nurturing important relationships and providing clear, decisive direction towards fulfilling the company’s goals. Robert also works with JDRF to advocate for government funding and support for finding a Type I Diabetes cure.
