Brian Eades

Brian C. Eades, a partner in Kutak Rock LLP’s Omaha office, received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1994 and earned his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law in 1997. He is admitted to practice in Nebraska. Mr. Eades’ practice is devoted to handling complex commercial real estate matters throughout the United States. He represents both national lending institutions and borrowers in negotiating, documenting and closing mortgage loan and mezzanine loan transactions. He is experienced in representing clients in connection with distressed commercial real estate loans including negotiating forbearance agreements, workouts, restructurings, property acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Eades also actively represents clients in commercial real estate acquisition, development, leasing, disposition, sale-leaseback and tenant in common transactions.
